The Syndicate Confidentiality Commitment
As a guest of The Syndicate, you are entering an intentionally curated environment reserved for leaders of significant influence, substance, and integrity. The conversations, connections, and strategies shared within this private forum are highly sensitive and are offered in the spirit of mutual trust.
By reserving your place, you confirm your agreement to the following conditions of confidentiality and conduct:

1. Absolute Confidentiality
You agree that any and all information shared during The Syndicate event whether personal, financial, or strategic in nature is to be treated as strictly confidential and must not be disclosed, repeated, or referenced outside the room without the express permission of the individual concerned.

2. Respect for Privacy and Presence
You will not publicise, photograph, record, or share the identities, contributions, or presence of fellow guests in any capacity, including social media, unless expressly agreed by all parties involved.

3. No Recording or Redistribution
Audio or visual recording, transcriptions, or unauthorised notes of the event are not permitted. All discussions, presentations, and interactions are protected.

4. Integrity in Engagement
You agree that this is not a transactional space. You will not use access to guests or speakers for unsolicited business approaches or personal gain. Follow-up communication, if appropriate, must be conducted with discretion and mutual consent.

5. Upholding the Ethos of The Syndicate
You acknowledge that this gathering is built upon a foundation of trust, excellence, and mutual respect. You commit to embodying that ethos throughout your participation.

6. Event Participation & Syndicate Terms

This event is hosted by Conscious Consultants Ltd (t/a The Syndicate Global) (“The Syndicate”). Its purpose is to facilitate introductions, conversations, and potential collaborations between members, partners, and invited guests.

By attending, you acknowledge that all introductions and connections made through Conscious Consultants Ltd (t/a The Syndicate Global) — whether during the event, afterwards, or through its wider network — are made under its auspices.

If any commercial transaction, investment, partnership, joint venture, acquisition, or other opportunity arises directly or indirectly from these introductions, Conscious Consultants Ltd (t/a The Syndicate Global) will be entitled to a success participation fee and/or equity participation. The structure and value of this participation will be agreed in good faith, on a sliding scale proportionate to the nature and scale of the opportunity.

Attendees agree to:
- Notify Conscious Consultants Ltd (t/a The Syndicate Global) in writing of any discussions, negotiations, or outcomes linked to introductions made through its events or network (up to 24 months after the introduction);
- Refrain from circumventing or excluding Conscious Consultants Ltd (t/a The Syndicate Global) from any such opportunity; and
- Formalise participation terms recognising its role in originating or facilitating the opportunity.

Attendance at this event confirms your understanding and acceptance of these terms and acknowledges Conscious Consultants Ltd (t/a The Syndicate Global)’s ongoing commercial interest in opportunities that originate through its ecosystem.
